NICE FOLK is the work of Liz Talley. 

Inspired by the gestures of calligraphy, old cartoons, hand-painted signs, ceramic vessels, heartbreak, mid-century furniture, jazz, and medieval marginalia, she seeks sincerity while exploring the human-made experience.

She has made work for publications, musicians, galleries and for no one in particular.

She currently lives on the Oregon coast with her dog Ochi and works within community media.
